Making a Reservation

Please review our cancellation policy below when making a reservation.

Cancellation Policy

– Up to three days before the reservation: No charge

– Two days before the reservation: 50% of the course fee

– One day before the reservation: 80% of the course fee

– Cancellation on the day of the reservation, with or without notice, will be charged 100% of the course fee (full amount).
If you need to cancel or change the number of participants, please contact us at least one day in advance.

QAre you able to accommodate allergies or food aversions?

AYes, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please inform us by the day before.

Please be aware that we use the same cooking utensils for both regular meals and meals for those with allergies or food aversions. We ask for your understanding regarding potential contamination.

[What is contamination?]
Contamination refers to the slight mixing of allergenic substances during cooking or serving, even though these substances are not used as ingredients. Depending on the severity of the symptoms and the individual’s condition on the day, even slight contamination can cause an allergic reaction.

QDo you have foreign language menus?

AWe have English menus available. Please ask for one when you visit.

QDo you have set meals or courses for children?

AWe apologize, but we generally ask that children of elementary school age and younger do not accompany you.

QIs it possible to enter with a wheelchair or stroller?

AWe apologize, but we do not accommodate wheelchairs or strollers. Our establishment is located in a renovated traditional Kyoto townhouse and is not barrier-free.
