Noriaki Mori
From the age of 19, Mori aspired to be a chef, and by 27, he had trained and honed his skills at Michelin-starred restaurants “Ristorante La Peca” in Tuscany and Veneto, Italy.
In 2007, he became the head chef of Kyoto Kamogawa Club.
Crafted with a refined artistic sense, his vibrant and beautiful dishes authentically capture Italian flavors while subtly blending in Japanese tastes.
